How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order from WhatsApp. After you place an order, you will receive a message from us, and we will keep you updated on its status directly through WhatsApp.

How can I return a product?

To start a return, you must inform us within 24 hours after your order has been delivered. We will reply with instructions to complete the return process.

How long does it take to get a refund after a return?

Once we process your return, it will take approximately 2-5 business days for the money to be credited back to your original payment method.

Important Rules

  1. Products with a price of ₹0 are for display or testing purposes and cannot be ordered.
  2. If you wish to return a product, do not tear or remove the product label. The item must be in its original condition to be eligible for a return.
  3. Please make an unboxing video when you receive your parcel. This video is required to help us resolve any issues you find with the product quickly.
